"Steamin'" Tom Whelan
Tom is a relative newcomer to the LCR fold. His first outing resulted in victory at the Footscray 2005 tournament, using his connections to get fellow debutante Ed Rixon on board for the final.
His uncompromising style and considerable bulk led Mrs Pearson to label him 'The Human Cannonball'.
